Episode 3: In Between Seasons   “The time between season is ambiguous. You aren’t sure whether you should wear thick or thin clothes. You hesitate between eating something hot or something cold. So, at times, I’m confused whether this inexplicable feeling is sadness about letting go of the passing season or excitement for the new season. What’s clear is that summer is coming”   Si-woo’ monologue gives us a preview that our main characters are adjusting to the new season. We start of with how Si-woo and. Ha-kyung handled the morning after. Si-woo tried to play it cool and faced it head on but ultimately is quite lost too when left by himself. Ha-kyun on the other hand decided to run away, unlike Si-woo, Ha-kyung ended up becoming a mess – she was late for work and was unprepared for her morning meeting. Forecasting Love and Weather, an Office May-December romance that stars Park Minyoung (What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim) and Song Kang (Nevertheless). The two works in one of Korea’s weather forecasting centers and would be involved in a complicated relationship.   If you haven’t seen the episode yet you better watch it first, my summary contains a lot of spoilers.   Episode 1: Signal   The episode starts of with a monologue by Jin Ha-Kyung (PMY’s character) about “Signals”, which is the episode 1’s title foreshadowing what is to be seen by the end of the episode. In an attempt to stir Ha-Kyung away from marrying Ki Jun, Eomma and sister brings Ha-Kyung to a shaman to read their marriage compatibility. Of course, the reading wasn’t favorable and she was then warned to bring an umbrella in prepar

Happiness is an action-thriller starred by Park Hyungsik and Han Hyojoo. It is a comeback project for both actors, Hyungsik who was just discharged from the military while it is Hyojoo’s small screen comeback after 5 years since “W: Two Worlds”. The series is set after the COVID-19 pandemic when things are about 80% normal. No need to wear masks (nor faceshields like in the Philippines). It is a series where I constantly had to remind myself that it is a thriller and not a romance drama. Anyways, the story is again post-COVID scenario wherein a drug developed to cure COVID apparently has some very undesirable side effect - and yes it is the rumored “zombifying” effect. So, if you’re knowledge on drug development    is not that solid and if you’re quite doubtful close to being an anti-vaxxer I recommend you tread lightly and not take the drama to the heart (trust me, I’m a doctor). The drama starts of with a little peek of how Yi-hyun (Hyungsik) who is a supposed high school baseball pl
